CC 2026 APRIL 4TH WEEKEND KIDS INTERMEDIATE SWIM BATCH 9AM (TEMP CONTROL COVERED POOL)

TEMPERATURE

THIS IS A COVERED TEMPERATURE CONTROL POOL. PLEASE NOTE WATER WILL BE NORMAL TEMPERATURE AND NOT HOT WATER. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THIS REGARD.

REFUND POLICY:

ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED UPTO 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) PRIOR TO BATCH START DATE: 50% OF FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED AND BALANCE 50% WILL BE REFUNDED.

FROM 24 HOURS TILL BATCH START OR ONCE BATCH HAS STARTED : NO REFUND 

TRANSFER OF BATCH TO FUTURE BATCHES : WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE IN CASE OF MEDICAL ISSUES (MEDICAL DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED) ADDITIONALLY THIS IS BASED ON AVAILABILITY. IN CASE A BATCH IS NOT AVAILABLE OR IN CASE OF SUMMER BATCHES THE BATCH TRANSFER WILL BE TO AN OFF SEASON BATCH.

MAKE UP CLASSES / BATCH EXTENSION : MAX OF 2 EXTENSION CLASSES WILL BE GIVEN IF A MAIL IS SENT TO INFO@NISHAMILLET.COM AT THE END OF THE BATCH. SCHEDULING OF THE 2 MAKE UP CLASSES IS AT THE END OF THE IMMEDIATE NEXT BATCH AND CANNOT BE CARRIED FURTHER. IF THE MAKE UP CLASSES CANNOT BE ATTENDED ON THE DATES SCHEDULED IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED.

DATES - APRIL 4TH TO MAY 10TH

DURATION - SATURDAY & SUNDAY FOR 12 CLASSES,6 WEEKENDS

TIMING -9AM TO 10AM

VENUE - CATHOLIC CLUB

**KIDS NEED TO SWIM 1 LAP MINIMUM FREESTYLE TO JOIN THIS BATCH, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF KIDS CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE LEVEL**

Completion of payment would imply your express consent to the following terms and liability disclaimers :

1. To participate in the swimming camp, the online receipt as well as a Stamp / Passport size Photo should be handed over to the reception and a physical copy of the terms and conditions to be signed on day 1 of the camp. 

2. The Catholic Club and Nisha Millets Swimming Academy LLP or its representatives will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to life or property incurred by the member / Occasional member. 

3. Participants in the camp must deposit the ID card /receipt with the lifeguard on demand before the start of the camp each day. Failure to do so will result in the participant being barred from the camp until the ID card /online receipt can be produced.

4. The Catholic Club will only provide Swimming pool and Shower facilities for the swimming camp. 

5. All efforts will be made to ensure that you learn swimming. However, Catholic Club and Nisha Millets Swimming Academy LLP or its representatives will not be held responsible if the candidate does not learn to swim. 

6. If the applicant is below 18 years the Parent/Guardian shall countersign the registration form accepting all terms and conditions on behalf of the applicant. 

7. Anyone found not adhering to the Club rules or decorum will be barred from further continuance at the camp with no refund for the unused period of the camp. 

8. In case of postponement / extension of the camp due to unforeseen circumstance such as weather conditions/ pool equipment failure, the camp dates will be extended to finish the 12 classes. No refund / extension will be made if a participant cannot attend the extended classes on the dates provided.

9. The Catholic Club is within its right to postpone / cancel a camp if it does not have the desired numbers or due to any unforeseen circumstances. 

Parking - The Catholic Club parking is intended for members. If parking is available it will be chargeable for non members and this will be extra to the camp fees and to be paid directly to the club attendants.
